Michael Rogan
CEO, Chief Creative Officer
Prior to founding Rogan/Robbins Advertising, Mike was Partner/Creative Director at Baldwin/Clancy/Rogan—a Boston-based marketing firm specializing in the banking/financial industry and analytical sciences. Responsible for all conceptual work and copywriting at the agency, his duties included client presentations, new business pitches, and the day-to-day management of the entire creative team and process.
Of British origin, Mike’s earlier career took him to both coasts in the U.S., including eight years in San Francisco with Grey Advertising and Donaldson Group, and 11 years in the Boston area with Harcomm Associates and Baldwin & Stone.
Client experience runs the gamut from retail to B2B, industrial to financial, and includes PerkinElmer, Wines of Chile, Tecan, Amerlux Lighting, W.B. Mason, Caesars Tahoe, Tenney Mountain, Garelick Farms, Direct Federal Credit Union, Voya Financial, Medfield TV, and Molecular Devices.
Mike holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of Sussex in the U.K. and the University of Grenoble in France.

Seth Robbins
EVP, Senior Art Director
Immediately prior to launching Rogan/Robbins, Seth spent 8 years with Baldwin/Clancy/Rogan Advertising where he worked on everything from traditional printed pieces to online advertising and websites. Eventually becoming the lead Art Director at the agency, Seth was responsible for virtually all the design work for a roster of clients that included PerkinElmer, Voya Financial, Direct Federal Credit Union, and Amerlux Lighting.
Seth’s earlier career saw stints at Hill Holiday in Boston, Carat Fusion, iPrint Smarter, and Multicolor Screen Printing, enabling him to gain insights into aspects of design ranging from silk-screening to Flash animation and HTML.
Seth earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Electronic Imaging and Web Design from UMass Dartmouth, and he has a wardrobe full of black and gold as a lifelong fan of the Boston Bruins and Pittsburgh Steelers.
